Senior HR manager “MNC, Food company”
■OVERVIEW
One of our clients is is looking for a Senior HR manager to join and lead their HR team.You can either work on a hybrid basis with working from home/ go to office.
■RESPONSIBILITIES
·As HR Business Partner, provide support to all HR related matters including recruiting, on-boarding, performance appraisal, training problems,
remuneration package design etc, to our overseas subsidiaries in Asia Pacific, Europe, and US.
·Regular evaluation of HR processes in the subsidiaries and provide advice for improvements.
·Work closely with strategy department and HR department in Japan to design overseas talent strategies.
·If necessary, coordinate with lawyer firms and legal department in Japan to handle employment law related matters or lawsuits.
■REQUIREMENTS
·5+ years experiences in HR.·Knowledge in general HR operations and employment laws.
·Experiences in F&B / Retail / hospitality related industries preferred, but not a must. Candidates with HR consultancy experiences are also welcome.
·Good planning and project management skills.
·Fluent in both JP and English. Good communication and negotiation skills.
·Willingness to business travel to where requested.
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD ~10,000 (MONTH) Open & Negotiable■WORKING HOURS
9:00 am ~ 6:00 pm■WORKPLACE
