■OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic CEO / Managing Director to lead our Singapore office as we prepare for a public listing. The ideal candidate will be willing to drive revenue growth, oversee audits, and manage financial and HR operations by Japan HQ's order.

■RESPONSIBILITIES

This position responsible for managing 360° of the company.

For example:
- Manage overall operations in Singapore based on instructions from the head office in Japan.
- Handle financial management, including coordination with the existing accounting firm and audit responses.
- Oversee human resources tasks, including the recruitment and development of necessary staff.
- Promote sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing revenue in Singapore.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence in preparation for the listing in Singapore.

For this position, we would prefer that you refrain from making independent decisions or taking initiatives on your own.
We would like you to leave management decisions to the head office. It is important to faithfully follow the instructions from the head office and diligently carry out the assigned tasks

■REQUIREMENTS

Work experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is required.
Desired start date: from February next year at the earliest.
Candidates must be able to undergo training in Japan for 1 to 2 months.

■SALARY/ GURANTEE

SGD 150,000 ～250,000 （YEAR）
