We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a founding member and help revolutionize the way organizations motivate and engage their people. Our proprietary technique, Motivation Engineering, allows us to deeply understand the motivational state of organizations and provide tailored solutions from multiple perspectives.

■RESPONSIBILITIES

Consultation & Analysis: Work closely with clients to assess their organizational culture and motivational dynamics, providing insights and recommendations based on our Motivation Engineering framework.
Tailored Solutions Development: Design and implement customized strategies that enhance employee engagement and motivation, aligning with the specific needs of each organization.
Training & Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients and their teams on effective motivation techniques and organizational change management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaboration throughout the consulting process.

■REQUIREMENTS

Strong: A person with the strength to communicate difficult truths to others. Consulting often involves delivering uncomfortable feedback, so we need someone unafraid to speak up, even when it's tough.
