Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Salary: SGD 4,000/month + incentives (see details below)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding weekends & public holidays)

■RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the planning, execution, and management of sales activities for an international school in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in private education institutions, a solid understanding of business operations, and strong marketing and communication skills.

-Support the planning, execution, and management of sales activities for the school
-Collect and report requests and feedback from staff and instructors
-Conduct B2B outreach activities, primarily targeting corporate members of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce International
-Handle agent relations, including school introductions, material distribution, detailed explanations, and contract management

■REQUIREMENTS

-Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) (for business communication with Japanese clients)
-Understanding of Singapore’s education regulations and ability to ensure compliance, while maintaining smooth coordination with the administration team at the Japan HQ
-Strong communication and teamwork skills

■PREFERRED SKILLS

-Experience in sales, marketing, or accounting, with managerial experience preferred
-Experience in private education institutions (e.g., language schools, international schools)
-Basic business management knowledge (understanding of P&L and BS items and their connection to on-site operations)
-Marketing knowledge (ability to conduct basic analyses such as 3C and SWOT and propose countermeasures)

■SALARY/ GURANTEE

SGD 4,000 ～4,000 （MONTH） Open & Negotiable

Incentive Structure
1️⃣ Management Incentive: 0.3% of revenue every 3 months, paid over the following 3 months
2️⃣ Volume Incentive: If revenue exceeds SGD 100,000/month (based on a 3-month average), an additional 0.7% incentive will be paid over the following 3 months
