■OVERVIEW
Our client, Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for Admin assistant to help the ream. This is a new position.
■RESPONSIBILITIES

・Manage the document including files and dates
・Make copies and scan the important documents
・Check the reciepts, documents
・Arrange meetings and reserve a meeting room.

■REQUIREMENTS
・Posses around 5 years working experience
・Posses knowledge in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel)
・Posses a good communication skill and responsibility
・If you can communicate in Japanese, it is advantaged. ( This is a Japanese compay so someone give a call in Japanese from HQ )
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD ~2,400 (MONTH)
