- Involvement may vary depending on the contracted project, covering phases such as requirements definition, specification design, testing, and implementation. Therefore, a broad knowledge of IT is essential.
- Management tasks require experience and knowledge in downstream processes.

■RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage diverse projects, including project management (PM) and project management office (PMO) responsibilities, due to a high volume of contracted projects.
- Oversee project management activities for development projects primarily led by the team in Cebu. Extensive support is provided when needed.
- Work with a talented team, including solution architects and business analysts.
- While communication with Cebu is conducted in English, interaction in Japanese is possible with the assistance of a bridge. Many members who do not speak English actively contribute.

- Major Travel Agency: ASEAN Package Tour Sales Site
- Meal Delivery Service: Manufacturing Process Management System
- Agricultural Logistics Company: Supply Chain Management System
- Semiconductor Trading Company: BtoBEC Site
- Healthcare Providers: EC Site
- Large-scale Retailers: Product Management System
- Various EC Sites, Matching Platforms, Web/Mobile Apps, and more

■REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements:**
- Practical experience in system development
- Proficiency in English (daily conversation level or higher / TOEIC 600 points or above preferred)

■PREFERRED SKILLS

**Preferred Experiences:**
- Practical experience as a project manager or leader in system development, regardless of project scale
- Practical experience in all phases of the development process, from requirements definition to testing
- Strong commitment to leading a team to achieve results
- Clear prioritization and systematic thinking
