Customer Relationship Specialist(Japanese Speaking)

Medical industry experience is a must

■OVERVIEW
A group company managing a cutting-edge regenerative medicine clinic is looking for staff at its Singapore office.

There is no need for new business development; instead, you will be handling inquiries mainly from English-speaking and Chinese-speaking regions flowing into the headquarters and the Singapore office. Your role will be to guide these inquiries to increase patient intake at our clinics in Tokyo.

Important notes: Training in Japan: 1-2 months to work at HQ office
*All the cost covered by employer (Air tickets, Accomodation and else needed for work and stay)
■RESPONSIBILITIES

-Responding to new inquiries and providing customer acquisition support.
-Communicating fluently in English and Chinese, effectively liaising with customers and distributors, understanding and resolving their issues.
-Communicating with the headquarters as necessary to resolve customer and distributor issues and requests.
-Proficiency with document tools, managing related documents and data processing.
-Demonstrating swift responsiveness, business acumen, problem-solving skills, and appropriate decision-making abilities.
-Building good relationships with people, promoting teamwork and business development.

■REQUIREMENTS
-Experience in medical industry is a must
-Experience as a contact point with travel agencies or external distributors.
-Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate smoothly both orally and in writing.
-Excellent sales and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and work pressure effectively.
-Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
-A proactive and constructive approach, actively proposing solutions to problems.
-Strong relationship-building skills, fostering good relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and promoting teamwork and business cooperation.
■PREFERRED SKILLS
-Business level of language skills at Japanese speaking is a plus, but not a must
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD 3,500 ~4,000 (MONTH) Open & Negotiable

9:00 am ~ 6:00 pm
