Job Responsibilities:
Consultation & Insights: Partner with clients to analyze organizational engagement and provide actionable strategies.
Customized Solutions: Develop and implement tailored engagement initiatives based on Motivation Engineering principles.
Workshops & Training: Lead workshops to educate teams on fostering motivation and effective change management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with clients to ensure sustainable impact and success.

■SALARY/ GURANTEE

SGD 4,500 ～4,982 （MONTH） Open & Negotiable
